Results:
The 8 patients included 3 failed glaucoma surgery, one advanced pseudoexfoliation glaucoma, one adherent leucoma, one pars plana lensectomy cum vitrectomy case, one open angle glaucoma and one intracapsular aphake. Preoperative IOP varied from 38 to 50 mm Hg (average 43 mm). Postoperative IOP varied from 9 mm to 19 mm (average 14 mm). Follow-up - one month to four months. One patient had internal opening blocked by iris, which was easily released by contracting the pupil. The ICCE case had internal opening blocked with vitreous, which was released with Yag laser. All the blebs were shallow and the conjunctiva over them looked healthy.
