Purpose/Objective:
To find the effectiveness of a Fugo blade created 0.3 mm filtration track starting at the most distal part of subconjunctival space, passing through about 1 mm of clear cornea, before opening in to the anterior chamber. To find if such a track shall not get blocked internally by the iris. To find if such approach shall prevent a tenon capsule response.And most important if as a result, the intraocular pressure shall be controlled.
