Conclusions:
Using a Fugo blade, a desired Micro track filtration, from the limbus, through the clear cornea in to the anterior chamber is possible in practice. Only a small part of the healthy limbus is used for the purpose. There is minimal trauma to the tissues. Iris or vitreous blockage of internal opening is minimized and if need be, it can be dealt with Yag laser, without doing gonioscopy. Tenon capsule reaction has been insignificant. Preliminary results in this short series of difficult cases, indicate a high success rate in the control of raised intraocular pressure.
