Materials/Methods:
Was realized a prospective study of the extracapsular cataract extraction realized by 2nd year resident doctors in period of February to July, 2004, and phacoemulcification realized by the same residents, in period of February to July, 2005, when they were 3rd year residents. Were evaluated the perioperatory and complications and final visual acuity.
