Results:
The visual acuity with best correction in perioperatory was 20/40 or worse in all cases. 73 eyes (83.9% of the surgeries) had a good evolution, with final visual acuity with best correction better or equal to 20/40 in ECCEs. 45 eyes (90% of the surgeries) obtained a good evolution with best correction better or equal to 20/40 in PHACOs. 59.77% of the surgery results by ECCE method, did not have complications. Those one realized by PHACO, did not have complications in 54%. The accompaniment of the surgeries realized by FACO had a medium period of 52.57 days. Although, the one realized by ECCE had medium accompaniment of 79.98 days.
