Results:
89% patients were J3 or better; 81% patients were J2 or better near vision; 94% patients were J5 or better; and 85% patients were J3 or better intermediate vision. Range accommodation amplitude for 1.8D-7D with average increase were 2.8D. The average IOP decrease was 3.48mmHg. There were no major complications. Statistical significance in preop add to postop accommodative capacity was seen p=0.001, as well as statistical significant correlation with pupil size and sphere was demonstrated dynamically. Wavefront technology demonstrated live dynamic accommodative power restored postoperatively.
