Materials/Methods:
An interventional cross sectional study was done. Two patients who underwent ILK were evaluated with a high-speed OCT (Visante, Zeiss Meditec) after surgery. High resolution images and pachymetric mapping were recorded in two consecutive exams for the ILK eye and the contralateral eye of each patient. Scheimpflug scans (Pentacam, Oculus) were also obtained in duplicate as well as ultrasound pachymetry measurements.
