Results:
High resolution OCT analysis clearly identified the lamellar donor disc and stromal pocket created within the host keratoconic eye in a reproducible fashion. Quantitative measurements of the inlay and receipt tissue correlated with ultrasound pachymetry as well as with Scheimpflug based thickness measurements. In addition, Pentacam demonstrated the topographic impact of the procedure in both patients in the anterior and posterior curvature of the cornea receiving ILK.
