Conclusions:
A 1.3-nm wavelength OCT and a Scheimpflug based analysis give complementary information about the anatomical and refractive outcome of this lamellar keratoplasty variation. They both can be used as accurate no contact quantitative assessments during pre and postoperative evaluation of corneal lamellar surgery.
