Results:
Mean EPCO score at 12 months was 0.163±0.16 for the Synchrony IOL and 0.179±0.23 for the Acrysof lens (p=0.37 Kruskal Wallis Test). Clinically the incidence in ACO was significantly lower in the Synchrony IOL group.
