Materials/Methods:
Prospective clinical study of 25 eyes implanted with the Synchrony Dual Optic Accommodating IOL and 75 age matched eyes implanted with the Acrysof SA60AT monofocal acrylic IOL. Digital slit lamp retroillumination photographs were obtained of all eyes at 3,6 and 12 months postoperative. ACO and PCO were evaluated clinically and with EPCO® software and the Aslam Analysis System.
