Materials/Methods:
7 eyes of 7 patients with various pre-existing pathologies including 3 penetrating eye injuries, 2 corneal grafts, 1 hyperopic LASIK for reversal and 1 pseudophakia underwent topographically guided surface laser ablation. All had their pupil and limbus data scanned from the VISX wavescan. Scanned topographic data from the Zeiss-Humphrey Atlas topographer was then combined using the VISX ACAP software to generate a treatment for all patients.
