Materials/Methods:
Retrospective comparison of 10 patients who had donor cornea buttons prepared by the eyebank technician using the MORIA M2 system 1 day prior to surgery versus 10 patients who had donor cornea buttons prepared intraoperatively by the surgeon using the same machine. All patients had DSAEK uneventfully. Postoperative endothelial cell count was analyzed at 4 months on average using specular microscopy.
