Materials/Methods:
Was realized a retrospective study of Extracapsular Cataract Extraction Surgery realized by 2nd year resident doctors, in period of February do July 2004. Were evaluated the peri and postoperatory complications (1st, 7th and 21st postoperatory days, besides the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th months) and final visual acuity with correction of 98 eyes.
