About the Presenter:
Dr. Dana Tannenbaum is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at UCLA where she teaches cataract and glaucoma surgery. She sees patients in private practice in North Hollywood, California.

Dr. Tannenbaum is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Los Angeles Society of Ophthalmology, California Medical Association, Los Angeles County Medical Association, as well as the American Glaucoma Society. She completed a fellowship in glaucoma at the Jules Stein Eye Institute.

Dr. Tannenbaum is frequently called upon to present lectures on glaucoma to physicians as well as educational seminars to her patients & the public. She is also called upon to offer her expertise as an expert witness on Ophthalmology issues.

Dr. Tannenbaum is a leading researcher on the newest techniques for imaging the optic nerve for early diagnosis of glaucoma. She has published extensively and has won numerous awards for her work in this area.
