About the Presenter:
Lee A. Wiley, M.D. is an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology and Director of the Cornea/External Disease and Refractive Surgery Service at West Virginia University. He is board certified in ophthalmology.
Dr. Wiley graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Following an ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Wiley completed a clinical and "Fight for Sight" Research Fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at the Eye and Ear Institute of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Wiley has served as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, Cornea and External Disease at the Eye and Ear Institute of Pittsburgh; the Chairman of Ophthalmology at St. Vincent Health Center; and Medical Director of the Erie Eye Bank. He later entered private practice in Erie, Pennsylvania, and served as Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine before joining West Virginia University in July 1999.

Dr. Wiley's special interests include LASIK Surgery and immunologic and infectious diseases of the eye.
