Results:
Mean SEQ was -7 + 1.5 D.Discomfirt were better in cases of flap on. Better UCVA was obtained with flap off on first postoperative day(0.41 logMAR) than flap off (0.19 logMAR). There was no significant difference in epithelial healing times although the patterns of healing were different.
