Results:
UCVA was improved in all cases. The BCVA increase between preoperative uncorrected visual acuity and three-months control in 80% of Kelman-Duet and 86.6% for Artisan (p=0.000). Endothelial cell count was 2716.28 + 133.12 in the preoperative and 2627.17 + 505.16 postoperative for the artisan eyes. For Kelman –Duet the preoperative cells count was 2564.67 + 146.29 and postoperative 2408.25 + 146.01. two cases of the Kelman duet lens showed a rise of intraocular pressure who resolved during the follow-up.
