Results:
After 1 year follow up 92% of the patients reported 20/25 UCDVA and 96% BCDVA > 20/25. Visual acuity with 50% contrast sensitivity showed 64% of the patients with UCDVA >20/25, increasing to 73% of the patients with BCDVA. 65% of the patients achieved J3 with distant correction and 98% J5.Three cases reported glistening signs but it seems that vision was not affected. Two cases needed YAG laser for PCO, and two showed a folded haptic due to capsular retraction, not affecting the vision and the lens position.
