Materials/Methods:
Two groups of 5 patients (20 eyes total ) with mild myopia were randomized into two groups. The first group received flap creation in both eyes then laser ablation. The second group received flap/laser in one eye and then flap/laser in the second eye (dubbed “flap-zap”). All patients underwent wavefront-guided LASIK with VISX CustomVue and femtosecond flap creation with IntraLase.
