Materials/Methods:
The authors operated on 3 patients with congenital subluxated lens. After phacoemulsification using iris retractor, the capsular bag was fixed on the sclera by using the general capsular tension ring which was implanted in the bag. And the intraocular lens was implanted in the scleral fixed bag.
