Materials/Methods:
In this prospective type study , 213 eyes of 108 patients implanted with Acrysof Restor IOL were involved standart phacoemülsification and 4.5-5.0 mm capsulorhexis were performed.We evaluated the refractive status, distance visual acuity, near visual acuity, spectacle dependence, unwanted visual symptoms and patience satisfaction after postoperative period.The refractive results between +0.25 D and –0.25 D were accepted as emmetropy
