Conclusions:
Biometric analysis which includes binocular measurements to mirror normal functional neuromuscular patterns shows promising value to analyze the biomechanical mechanisms for accommodative function. Preliminary correlative results of LaserACE procedure appears to restore natural dynamic accommodative function which may be dependent upon corneal power.
