Conclusions:
The new MICS lens is an IOL that makes it possible be implanted through 1.8 mm incisions. The positioning capacity to locate at the level of the nodal planes and its optical geometry allows a pseudoaccommodative effect that makes this lens appropriate for correct intermediated vision in pseudophakia.
