Conclusions:
The emmetropization after postoperative period upon IOL implantation is a difficult procedure.Acrysof Restor IOL demonstrated excellent near VA without compromising distance vision.Spectacle independence and patient satisfaction were high, whereas unwanted photic phenomena were clinically acceptable.Intermediate vision were excellent in emetropic refraction of patient.
